This was our first home and first mortgage. There was a LOT of questions I had and a lot of legal jargon that I didn't understand. I originally heard about Churchhill mortgage from the Dave Ramsey show and Churchill has not disappointed. This is now the second refinance that I have done with Richard Butterfield and he is knowledgeable and very professional and a joy to work with. A company should be counted fortunate to have a man like Richard Butterfield on their team. Somebody should send him out for an awesome steak dinner!
