We were apprehensive about putting time into the process only to be rejected, but Sei and his team made it very easy and not overly time-consuming. Having a lot of different people running different parts of the process made it go quickly. Polite and timely communication from everyone on the team and obviously we’re happy with the results. Thanks to everyone involved for helping us build some flexibility into our life. Just in time for baby #3 to arrive!
