I liked Sean very much. He was always available when I texted or called. My issue with my experience with Churchill Mortgage was that the Appraisal was scheduled for the same day as the closing which shouldn't have happened since the closing date was known for at least two weeks before hand. Also, I was very disappointed that the closing disclosure was not completed and submitted in time which caused me to have to pay for another night at a hotel. out of my own pocket.
