Emily is very communicative and really a great person to work with. She is very knowledgeable and flexible for the changes that I requested from time to time because of selling my home. The only part I had a little concern was the 2% Origination fee and then it got converted to loan buy points. If Churchill mortgage is bit easy on that, they are the best!
