John and Brett were great as well as their prompt communication. I would not change any aspect of this. What I think could be improved is the process of document signing and transparency of what approvals are still needed. For example, it seemed like we had to keep signing the same documenta multiple times for a small revision, which we had to search for in the document. What about a simple review of the specific section that has been updated and one final signing at the end? It would be nice to see a checklist of what form... read more
