Everything from the initial phone call with Kraig to the final steps in closing on our home was handled with great professionalism. All associates were very friendly and informative. The only "negative" would be, when requested to sign or provide information it was confusing to recieve texts and emails from several people requesting the same information. I didn't know if I was signing and sending the right information to the right people. Overall we are pleased with all we the folks with whom we interacted.
