The team was very communicative and would always answer our questions. This made it nice as a first time homebuyer. The one improvement that could be made is more communication between team members so we are not getting notices from multiple people about the same thing. Also, some time confusing about what is needed from us where because of multiple sending formats. The change in the portal also made the experience confusing at times. Brian is simply the best. He made this whole process easy to understand for me as a first time home buyer. He would answer my calls day or night if I had any questions.
