Evan and his team were always there for me to help me understand the process. They were patient with my questions and helped us as first time home buyers. Getting a pre qualification letter was hard, but that could be because I'm a newbie. I also would've liked to know my home owners insurance wasn't responding earlier. That being said, I really liked Evan and look forward to working with him more.

Overall we’d say the experience was OK because we had high expectations coming in that had to be level set. We went with Churchill Mortgage because of Ramsey’s recommendation, but this mortgage lending experience was similar to working with other lenders in the past: 1.
