My offer was accepted, among many others, because of the advise and supporting documentation (DU Underwriting approval) provided by Janette. Once my offer was accepted, she was on top of every step along with her teammates. She pushed for the closing to happen as close as possible to the due date, after; it has being delated because of other issues non-related to her office.
