We were excited to work with Churchill Mortgage with the recommendation from Dave Ramsey. However, we were frustrated through the experience with wrong names on documents, lack of communication for days/weeks with constant follow-up. The process lasted several months which was frustrating, and documents also submitted multiple times because of delays at Churchill. Also, the initial rate we agreed to was not the rate we were given in a timely manner, so that was also discouraging.
