I had spoken with Darren approximately 1 1/2 yrs. ago, at that time he suggested that a re-fi wasn't in my best interest. I really appreciated his honesty, I told myself that if things change I would call him back. When the rates went down I called Darren, he was able to accomplish what I wanted, lower rate and shorter term. I have referred my son to him for his upcoming mortgage needs.
