We just love working with Jeff. I think that this is our third refinance with him. They all have gone smooth. We made the mistake of trying our local bank on the last refinance and it was an ordeal. Churchill’s electronic process is very simple and it took about 45 days. It only took that long as there were issues with the appraiser getting his report in timely with COVID etc. We will recommend your company to our friends and family.
