The communication I had with Joanna and Erryn throughout the process was terrific. I have never purchased a home before, so I had a lot of questions. You did great at answering my questions and we're patient when I had to ask multiple times. I didn't realize how much there was to do before you close on a house, they made the process very simple. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Churchill, it was a great experience all around.

Tim himself was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was quick to respond and answer our questions. Having the option for a manual underwriting was greatly helpful in our case. However, Jennifer Barker was slightly more difficult to communicate. Some of the numbers she sent us did not match numbers in our portal and numbers from Tim.
