Well bottom line is she and her team got us a refi when it was proving to be difficult. The only way we could make it happen was to roll our $2700.00 credit card debt in to the loan which was not what I wanted and goes against Dave Ramsey. Hopefully we will continue with the plan and not have to pay interest on that for 30 years. They seemed to have worked very hard to even make it happen for us at all. I appreciate their hard work and will choose to blame covid 19 for making the regs too tuff.

My closing date seemed to drag on, so I questioned when it would happen. Apparently they forgot to schedule it. However, as soon as it was brought to there attention it was scheduled immediately. The process before and after closing was simple and easy. The one hiccup in the process was resolved quickly and everyone involved was apologetic.
