Good communications from John. No Surprises at closing. Very Easy process. Only issue we had was with employment verification which is apparently done twice now. Once in the initial application process then apparently again 3 days before closing. We work for a large corporation so employment verification is automated and can be problematic. But all in all, we closed on time, and it was a very easy process.
