My wife and I met with Patrick late last year to see what we needed to do to buy our very first house. He laid out in plain English the different types of mortgages, interest rates, and simplified terms that I was always afraid to ask what they meant. After looking at our funds and numbers he gave us a plan! Which was really what we needed first. It was a lot of work and sacrifice but Patrick was there every step of the way with a helping hand.
