We started with our local bank Numerica Credit Union, and after 3 months was told they could keep going but we would have to wait 30 days for a different interest rate. We cancelled with them right away and contacted Julie Becker. We have bought 3 homes with her, but was not aware she could do a refinance on our home. She got to work and took care of us with no hick ups. We closed with no appraise fee, no out of pocket money. Got a low 2.8 and lowered our payment 400.00 per month.
