The entire transaction was very convenient. Jessica was prompt in answering my questions via email. We never had to leave our home to complete the transaction. Curt was very good to work with. My only problem is that the mortgage package fell into a black hole in underwriting. They say on it for two weeks without any updates. It turned out that they didn’t like something the appraisal said, and took a week to fix it. It almost made the closing late. Overall, Curt was very helpful, and understanding. He worked with us long hours, and took time to make sure we were comfortable with what we were signing.
