I would have preferred more emails or phone calls regarding the process. As a first-time home buyer, I didn't want to be a burden, but I wasn't always sure what I needed to be doing or what I was waiting for. Having more reminders or reassurances would have helped me feel more confident throughout the process. Thank you!

Lee was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I can’t think of anything he overlooked. Lee was awesome when it came to returning emails and phone calls. My biggest pet peeve is when a phone call or email isn’t returned within a reasonable timeframe. Communication is definitely one of Lee’s strong points. There’s nothing I would do any different. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience with Lee and Churchill Mortgage.
