Straight-forward, informative, and available. The refinance process was smooth and we closed on time. We were happy with the communication effort we received (although there were times where we were waiting for feedback that took a few days or so). I love their legacy web portal in where we can securely upload documents and personal information. Some lenders will request via email for those types of information. Overall great team effort, especially with our closing agent.
