I had little communication from the whole team except by my loan processor TK. She was always on top of what was going on and was very communicative and helpful. I had two loans going on simultaneously and Mason's team was efficient and able to get them both approved and processed in the needed time frame. I'm out of state, so being kept in the loop by TK was most helpful. Mason was always kind and professional. I'm pleased with the outcome of the process that went as needed without a hitch.
