I recently separated from Active Duty in New Mexico, moved my family cross country during COVID and had no access to many of the normally necessary technological amenities during this home buying process- it was a rough But Seth STILL got everything closed in 30 days despite all the extra hurdles we threw at him and his team. I found it difficult to keep track of who to communicate with when others became part of the process besides Bridget. I also found it odd that I wasn't given the option for virtual closing, but luckily, everything worked well to close in person!
