I would have wanted to have a lot more communication from Evergreen because of the distance between us since we are doing this long distance. I am afraid to open emails from names I don't know and it would be good to have been advised as to what to expect from the other parties involved. I did not get copies of the signed documents which I thought was unusual. I do understand though that the mortgage companies are all very busy these days and may have been the cause of this.
