The great part of having Matt Ricci as your Morgage investor is he is a part of church hill morgage who support the Dave Ramsey theory. That is to get rid of your credit cards and save up with a emergency fund and, which we have. I have not owned a credit card for over 10 years, have no debt, own my cars, paid all my bill on time.
