Hesitation and the unknown were factors in the re-fi process. Sabrina explained everything from start to the closing day. Sometimes when would ask a question, the reply would come days later. It made me feel that I wasn’t a priority. It was a little frustrating. In the beginning Randy took the time to inform me about the refi process, which I appreciated very much. What I wanted was an acknowledgment that my messages were received and they’ll get back to me as soon as they can. Overall I’m glad Randy represented us.
