Clear and thoughtful advice. Taught me about pros and cons of each decision. Very prompt, and very helpful. Greatest challenge was waiting extended Tim to refinance due to COVID, then all the sudden we had to be available to sign immediately. That was a bit tough. Darren was so helpful with these challenges and was very clear, supportive, and made effort to communicate when necessary.
