Joanna was great and followed through with what she said she would do. I was not too pleased with have my case move from person to person. I had to keep telling the new person the same thing I told the past person. The new person seemed to not have any idea of what had been done and what needed to be done. Due to this, the appraisal was not scheduled even though I had paid for it at the start of process. Joanna did come in at the end and get everything completed, so I could close on 2nd date set.

I got contacted by _many_ people at different points in the process. I would have preferred to have one person manage my whole transaction. Someone contacted me to tell me someone else would call and schedule for someone else to set up an appraisal and I could ask someone else if I had any questions. It may not have been quite that insane, but close. Kraig did great for Kraig's part...just wish "Kraig" was the only name I knew at Churchill.
