Tim and his team took the time to walk through different options with me. I'm a numbers guy so I kept asking for different scenarios. No one on the team acted like I was being a bother, instead they kept helping with great levels of service. At one point Tim even had the honesty to tell me that refiniancing didn't make sense at the time. Putting my interest before his own is very admirable.
