With interest rates falling this year, I decided it would be beneficial to look into refinancing my mortgage. I originally began my refinance with another company, who, on paper, looked like the best choice. Their lack of communication and inability to answer my questions really didn’t sit well with me. Steve is always super knowledgeable and educated us in all the details of our refi. He answered all of our questions once again; as this was our second time to refinance with him and Churchill Mortgage! The process did take quite a bit longer than expected this time around and that was frustrating. However; I’m not sure he or Churchill could have done anything different or better to remedy the issue.
