Erik, did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on the status of my loan and spent a lot of time walking me through the finer details of the mortgage processing industry. I have a much better feel for the relationship between the various entities and a better understanding of the factors that contribute to the rates. Erik was also able to customize my refinance by allowing me to set a limit order on my target rate. Overall, the process went incredibly smooth given the very turbulent times.
