Oray was great. Very personable and looked to solve issues to our satisfaction. His team’s communication was lacking at times. This could be due to the business volume they were dealing with at the time. I was disappointed afterwards when I realized that many of our friends had also refinanced and received much lower rates by just calling their current mortgage company. We went with Churchill due to Dave Ramsay and wrongly assumed that we would get the best rate. But Oray is a great pro.
