Michaela was able to do some rather complex calculations to make me understand what I was getting into and what was in my best interest, she took the time to realize that I was paying much more towards principal and interest and told me exactly when I’d have my loan paid off, and she explained complicated points processing when we were buying down the rate in a way that I could understand it and make an appropriate decision based on the length of time I was going to have the loan.
