It would be helpful and reassuring to receive a notice of who is representing Churchill, if they are different that the original loan officer. later several other email contacts requested information concerning my loan The names of different loan associates made me question if someone else was taking over our loan I would prefer communication about who the person is requesting information other than the initial Churchill contact.
