That was the easiest refinance I have ever done. They made it easy to set it all up, emailed or texted me right away(even on weekends) if I had a question or was sending some paperwork to them. Really liked the weekly updates. Very helpful. And this was during a pandemic!!! When I signed papers at the title company, the employee there stated that Landmark had the best reputation, and she would only use them personally. That was the icing on the cake!

I loved not being treated like any differently because we didn’t have a credit score! But I was not a fan of having to take a course where they talked about building up your credit. We choose to not use credit cards, and we shouldn’t have to be forced to. I’m very happy that Darren himself never recommended we do that!
