Kraig was very willing to take the time to make sure I understood the loan analysis he provided. Several times I went back to him with questions and he each time he was able to provide answers as well as communicate to me the several steps involved to complete the entire mortgage loan process which can be quite daunting.

Kraig Spence was honest and had my best interest in mind at all times. when I first contacted him to get a second opinion on a loan he said there was nothing he could do for me because of the rate I already had. He also recommended that the loan I was working on was not a good deal because It included paying points. He said don't pay points. He asked if he could keep in touch if the rates dropped and he could help me. When Rates dropped I contacted Kraig and he was able to help saving me $7
