I almost went with another lender but they were calling, texting and emailing almost nonstop. I let them know that due to the nature of my work I would not be available to discuss things during most of the week. Churchill was the opposite and limited calls, while still getting me approved and ready to go on time. They also sent weekly updates of the process through email.
