Our experience was unique in that we had no credit or renting history and we were also using the VA loan and an underwriter. Scott worked tirelessly to answer all our questions and work out the best possible mortgage for us...which turned out to be an excellent contract. No matter the time of day, he got back to us promptly and always made sure we understood the current processes being done.
