Gave many options to choose from, never tried to get me into a longer term loan. Did not try to get me to take cash out. Asked what my long term goals are in order to make the best decision possible. Followed the Dave Ramsey principles, which I truly appreciated. I have already referred a friend to Andrew and Church Hill Mortgage.
