David Walker is the professional you want as your lender. He took my phone calls and messages day and nght and almost always immediately responded, and sometimes this was very late at night. I had tons of questions and he never ever was impatient or irritated with me. He was able to get my loan approved quickly both through VA and Churchill, and on time. He was closely watching the interest rate for me, and was able to get me a prime APR of 3.125% when I was expecting to be at 3.6%! BEST LENDER!
