The service was pretty helpful, the only thing I would recommend is to let people know ample time ahead when something has to be sent or signed. We weren’t communicated on a closing date until the end. In my case I had trouble printing out a power of attorney, then had to go to the courthouse to get it notarized and then had to find a UPS store to mail it overnight.
