Troy was incredibly helpful and informative our first conversation, which is why we chose to use him. He was good at responding to our questions and talking us through each step of the entire process. Only criticism is that there was some misunderstandings along the way which slowed our process down. Towards the end it seemed like he needed cleaner lines of communication with assistants. For example, asking for documents we had already signed and sent over, usually to one of the assistants.
