Mason, TK and Team were so helpful and responsive. Despite a family vacation on their end, I still never lacked anything for customer service. Assistants filled in as needed. I can’t say enough for how helpful TK was to my wife and I. She called us and walked us through everything and was so helpful and friendly. Fallon was so very caring and attentive throughout the whole process. She really had my best interest at heart and I can’t really put into words how much this meant.
