Initially , my schedule was very busy and I found it difficult to talk with Kraig by phone. Kraig found a way of creating a video to give me the details and the benefits of the 15 year mortgage. I was able to review a 10 minutes video that Kraig prepared at my leisure which gave me the confidence to proceed with the 15-year mortgage. The closing documents we're all signed from the comfort of my home. What a great way to do business!
