Matt was extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home - getting forms to us on time, constantly touching base with us to make sure we understood what we were signing and why, keeping us updated on the progress, etc. Furthermore, he was down-to-earth and seemed genuinely interested in making the mortgage process as easy and pain-free for us possible.
