Informative and personable. He met us after hours wherever we requested and always responded to texts, calls and emails. Even if he didn’t have an answer right away, he responded to acknowledge any questions we had and let us know he would find the answer. Supportive during a rough patch of our transaction (other side) and made sure we always felt safe. He also looked from all angles to find us the best rate and any programs we might qualify for to get us the right loan for our family.
