Churchill Mortgage and Joanna Redden were the only bank out of 9 that I contacted that were willing to give me a conventional fixed 15 year loan with a great interest rate, without having a FICO score. I have not had debt in 17 years. The credit card I have been using for the last 10 years turns out to be a business credit card, so my credit history has not been reported to the credit bureaus. So I had no FICO score. Churchill Mortgage and Joanna Redden were the only ones willing to work with me
