Ron was absolutely fantastic. When we placed our offer, we were told we were one of three and the most complete packet with the quickest turnaround time would be the one the seller would choose. Michaela was great! But would of liked to be warned that another person was taking over and told about the other E-Mail y'all were using instead of just sending it. A lot of that goes to spam.(if I was told about it first I could have put it in my contacts). The underwriters - Yes I was about crazy about all that information being shared!!! Maybe I should have filled out an loan application first? But my Insurance and Bank did call and said u were asking for stuff they had NEVER been asked for
