Oray Nicolai did a great job in helping me secure financing for my new home. He was able to get me a better rate than my own bank, and was very responsive by email and phone throughout the entire process! As my loan went through its approval process, Oray was very helpful in answering questions and making sure I understood what was happening the whole time. He bakes a mean batch of chocolate chip cookies as well! I reccomend Oray Nicolai to anyone looking for assistance with their mortgage.

Our overall experience was just ok due to the service we've received throughout or refinance. We were constantly being pushed to meet her timeline even when we had questions or concerns and then were told it was our fault that we wouldn't meet the original closing deadline. I think a personal touch would have started things off much better. As an example we received a canned email with details about what next steps were and the overall process. I think a followup call with the rep would fix this
