From past experience from OTHER mortgage companies they give a lot of "sales talk" just to get my business. From my first phone conversation with Scott he was direct/honest (no garbage sales talk). He was PLEASANT to talk to (I did not feel uncomfortable). The process with my overall experience with his team was great and easy.
