Steve and his team returned our calls and emails very quickly. They did a lot of background work that helped us to close by paper since there was a international Internet outage the day we closed. We were highly impressed that an international internet outage still didn't stop Steve Collins from getting our new home closed on even though the Internet is typically used the day of closing, but he still made it happen.
